P: Color and Contrast issue with Photoshop Beta 27.11

Issue has not been resolved.  I just tested the latest beta 207.11 and the problem still persist where the image in PS has much more contrast that the LR original.  See sample included:  I turned off Usse Graphic Processor and it appears to have fixed the issue.  The problem I would have with that is I have an NVIDIA GForce RTX 3090 and I want to use the power of that card for effciency.  Now we know the workaround, how do we fix it?

    For anyone having issues: if you can, please take a picture of the differences with a phone camera taking a photo in addition to a screenshot. Sometimes that makes subtle issues more apparent. If the issue is very visible in a screenshot, that may be enough.

    Please also share with us any other info you can, including the monitor you are using. Others from the team may pop in here to ask more questions with the goal of diagnosing the issue.

      One thing that may help, i took a screenshot of the canvas with no image loaded - the colour of this is #262626.  If i then open an image, the image AND the canvas lightens, i took a screenshot of this - and now that canvas colour is #282828.  Each RGB channel is being lightened by a value of 2 (from 38 to 40 in respect to the background canvas and any image within it).  Totally removed and cleared out all PS references, reset everything.  Only happens in 27.10 and 27.11 - does not happen in 27.9 or in PS non Beta.  Hope that helps

        I have also noticed a similar issue today while working on some images, excuse the goofy screenshot but I can’t share the clothing online yet. PS Beta 27.11 on the left and Bridge on the right.

        Bridge seems to be displaying the correct colour, confirmed in base Photoshop and other softwares.

        My test workflow is a base adjustment of exposure, shadows and highlights in LR and then bring it into PS and this is the result.

        My sysinfo will be the same for the versions in which it works, and the latest 2 beta versions where it does not.  I will supply it when I am at my machine and can do so.  I think there are enough other threads with the same topic, creating another just for the sake of closing this one doesn't seem to make much sense.  When people are still reporting this issue, why are you telling people it is resolved.  What actions have been taken to resolve them?

        Anyone have an idea when this might be resolved? Such a pain in the a** … fyi clicking the gamut warning every time I open images (not efficient) works for me while keep GPU acceleration on.

        Hi everyone… please update to the latest Ps Beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.10.0 20260802.m.3625 as well as Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.9.1 20260803.r.1 both have the update.

        Unfortunatley no it doesnt.  Beta fully up to date, still a washed out appearance on opening an image as described.  Preferences also fully reset - makes no difference
