P: Continuous Crash Reports in Photoshop Beta - Update Issue

I am writing to report an issue with the Photoshop Beta version that I have been experiencing recently. Unfortunately, I have encountered continuous crash reports when using the latest update of Photoshop Beta.

To provide some context, I had been using the previous version of Photoshop Beta without any problems. 

I have made several attempts to troubleshoot the issue on my end, including:

  1. Reinstalling Photoshop Beta: I uninstalled the application and then reinstalled it to ensure that the installation was not corrupted.

  2. Updating Graphics Drivers: I verified that my graphics drivers were up to date to eliminate any potential conflicts.

  3. Checking System Requirements: I confirmed that my computer meets the system requirements for the latest version of Photoshop Beta.     

                                                                                                     

Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am unable to use the updated version effectively. As a temporary solution, I have reverted to using the previous version of Photoshop Beta, which is functioning without any issues.

 

Please let me know if there is any additional information or logs you require to investigate this matter further. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly appreciated, as I rely on Photoshop Beta for my work, and the constant crashes are hindering my productivity.

So after a several try and properly read into the log files, I realised the process was disturbed because the update has failed to remove the Adobe Crash Handler program, because it is in used. I turned off all the Adobe Programs are in use and retry updating the Adobe Photoshop Beta apps and finally it went through.

    I am facing the same issue too, I just realised that the previous version was removed from my desktop , and I was forced to update to a newer version . However, the newer version failed to install...
