P: Generated images violate user guidelines

So as you can see, it's a PG-13 relatively inoffensive image of a woman in a bunny outfit. The top worked fine, and I was able to complete the top ear, which is cool. When I tried to extend the bottom with generative fill, though, I got this warning. They're just a pair of legs wearing stockings, and I wanted to extend it.

It feels like a false flag - though I could be wrong? I find myself thinking it would do the same for women in swimsuits.

Figured I'd share here.

I've had the same trying to remove a stupid object the bot gave me instead of a mountain. What makes it so ironic is the fact, they're violating their OWN guidelines😆😅😅

In some cases when I use generative feel, I get a message that generative fill has been removed because it violates these User Guidelines, regardless of which text field I leave blank. In one case, it was an ordinary trash can in the park that I wanted to remove.

I frequently get user guideline violation messages.  However, there is no way these violate any guideline.  For instance, right now I am trying fill a gap in between the top of a man's tie and the top of his shirt.  In other words, the knot in his tie is too low and I am trying to fill in that gap by extending his tie up 1/4".  How does this violate a guideline?  These violstion messages happen frequently and is very frustrating.

It seems that Adobe are being cautious with what they are allowing Gen Fill to do, and with the bad press Ai is getting right now, you can hardly blame them.  The bottom line is it what it is, so we have to live with it.  I managed a workaround a few days ago by copying the layer and blurring the 'apparently' offensive area just enough.  Then used Gen Fill and merged the copied layer over the new pixels.  That was a strange situation as I was responding to a post on this forum, and testing a fix on an image they had already produced with Gen Fill (two ladies with swim suits) so I have no idea why it for him but thew up an error for me.

I encountered an issue while working on an image in Adobe Photoshop Beta. I utilized the generative fill feature to conceal the cleavage area and hide the bra. Surprisingly, I did not receive any warning while using the fill tool, which worked out great as you can see. However, I am now unable to access the tool, as it indicates a violation of user guidelines when attempting to add bracelets to the wrist area. I am perplexed since I did not intentionally breach any rules or request any improper actions. This situation is frustrating, particularly because it interrupted my ongoing project. Could you assist me in recovering the functionality of the tool?

Hi @Audrina30533276h260 would it be possible for you to share the .psd file with prompts/layers for the team to look at? If so, send to shubert@adobe.com

Hi all,

The team would like to investigate some of these false flags for guideline violation (not related to a rejected prompt) and would love more info.

This is the error:

What we need:

  1. The FULL PSD file
  2. The selection you used. See How to save a selection
  3. Prompt or unprompted? If prompted, please name your saved selection with the prompt. Otherwise name the selection "unprompted" or "blank"

For those willing, could you please upload the PSD files to the below dropbox?

https://www.dropbox.com/request/wS5onkxYfau7HKtV9EUK

Thank you!

Regards,

Pete

I've had some success by adding a prompt like "remove doll", rather than giving no prompt. If you haven't tried that yet, I hope it works for you.

I've found by prompting posing, it'll come up with scantily clad people, which you can then clothe

Hi there,

I'm a big fan of this new feature and most of my requests have been done very well but only one case today, I've been trying to remove a doll in the wooden chair but nothing happen and a notification about "violet user guidelines" show up. Can someone tell me what should I do to make this work?

Sincerely,

Justin
