It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

I'm having the same problem. I open an image, go into quick mask mode, change the brightness to 30%, click alt+back to fill the mask, exit quick mask mode. If I don't then select all, but write "watercolor painting" in the prompt, I get a blue glass image as the result. If I do select all, then use the same prompt, I get 3 random watercolor paintings that don't reference the image.  This procedure does work in the previous version of Photoshop, but not in the beta.

Hi @VoodooBownz could you share some screenshots and your workflow that you are seeing this issue with?  What steps are you doing, we will try to recreate here and see what might be happening.
