P: Generative Fill Not Working on PS Beta (Program Error)

Yesterday I clean installed Win 11 again and wanted to try out the new feature, so I installed the beta and here is what happened:

After finished installation I opened it up and loaded a generic grass land image to try the simplest prompt, "Bird", so I found it wasn't working, but all the other tools seems fine.

Also, the Remove Tool isn't working too.


I downloaded the PS Diagnostic Plugin and here is what it gave me:

    Hello,Help me a domestic friend consult!

    is the beta version of Ai only available in the US, but not in Asia? It is via the latest version of Cloud, 24.6, and I don't know why it keeps showing errors!

    Currently, whenever she uses padding, she gets an error!

          Hi. I want to experience Genrative fill tool.

           

          But, when I use this tool This error came out all the time.

           

          How can I fix this error? Or Is anyone have same issue?

            I am from Hong Kong and my adobe account is also a Hong Kong account, why can't I use Generative Fill, it keeps reporting errors and never works

              Why is the Generative Fill button not available?
              If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following:
              • Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
              • Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services".
              Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

              The generative fill does not work properly and shows the message 'could not complete your request because of a program error'.I haave photoshop beta last version,  what can i do?

                  When I try to use Generative Fill it creates an error "Could not complete your request..."

                   


                  I rebooted PC, and reinstalled the beta, didn't help
                  I used the plugin Adobe provides. Here's the error code:

                    The generative fill does not work properly and shows the message 'could not complete your request because of a program error'.

                    I am using pc and have installed the latest version of Photoshop Beta.

                    But it works fine on the Mac.

                      Hi @EGOmon,

                       

                      Sorry about the Program error while using Generative Fill, curious if this started working for you successfully?

                      Have you tried installing the new build that was released today? (might need to Check for Updates in the Updates section of Creative Cloud desktop before you see it)

                       

                      Can you send over the text from Photoshop beta's Help > System Info dialog?

                      ich habe mir die aktulle Beta installiert und wollte die generative Füllung testen, bekomme aber immer die Meldung
