P: Layers panel - Blending option broken behavior

@Chad Rolfs thansk for explanation... then I hope there is not any large group of users that would want for expamle opposite Layers or Pages sorting...

I just wonder why you couldn't make work that blending behaviour for both methods simultaneously

@michaljanata you can still use the arrow keys to cycle through the blend modes prior to settling on the one you want.  Click to expand, then use the arrow keys and hit Enter on the one you want and continue your workflow from there without being stuck with focus still on that field. 

On the other side of the aisle, there are large group of customers who've been asking for this to be changed for years. We want to do what is best for the majority of our customers and realize making everyone happy is a big challenge that we've tried to accomodate by providing preferences, gestalts, and more than one way to do the same thing.  

unfortunately resetting prefs has no effect, still same bug

1. Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
