P: "Neural Filters" Progress-Bar missing with Application Frame disabled

There is a Problem with the "Neural Filters" Progress-Bar:

The Progress-Bar is only displayed if you select in the Menue "Window" > "Application Frame"...


If I don't use the "Application Frame" I can't see the progress of the Neural Filter at all...
Could you please fix this?
