P: Photoshop 25.4.0 (m2439) Edit In Open as layers does not complete

Using PS 25.4.0 Beta. Selecting images in LR 13.1 to open   as layers  not working.  Only opens 1 image.  Any ideas? Thnaks.

      Hi all,

       

      We are happy to announce the release of Photoshop version 25.5 (public version), which incorporates the resolution for this particular problem. To see the list of all fixed issues, click here

       

      To update Photoshop to 25.5, click "Update" in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Photoshop. More detailed instructions for updating

        Contacted Adobe customer care and resolved issues- needed to include ps and lrc on full disk access in accessibility menu for Mac - seems a system update must've removed them !

          Yet another update for Ps beta 25.5.0 20240118.m.2471 fdb70b5 x64 with no information about what gets changed or fixed.

           

          Opening as layers from LrC is working again.

            Interestingly lightroom wants to open ps beta and yet notification says its still running - LRC wont even open photoshop anymore let alone my focus stack as layers

              Updated Ps Beta today and this problem is back. I thought the previous beta had resolved this issue.

                  Unable to load images as layers from lightroom classic to photoshop.  This suddenly stopped working.

                    Am I to uderstand that open as layers works in the regular Photoshop but not (yet) in the Beta version of Photoshop?

                      My work around... First open regular Photoshop and then in Lightroom Classic open layers in Photoshop. (You still can install and use the Beta version )
