        Dear all,

         

        After 2.50 upgrade, Photoshop Beta (Win 11) won't start, either from the CC Launchpad, or from within Lightroom.

        Error message says "unresolvable error. Photoshop will now close"

        Reverting to previous version lauches the program but error messages appears whenever trying a Gen AI edit.

         

        Any thoughts?

          Hello,
          I'm still having trouble exporting a photo from LR (12.5) to PS (24.7). What explanation does ADOBE have for its subscribers?

            After updating photoshop beta, when I run the program it starts loading, but it hangs and the message "An unrecoverable problem has occurred." appears, I want an answer...

              I updated to Photoshop (beta) - v.25, ever since I get the next message every time I try to open it:

               

              I uninstall and reinstall older version but it dosen't let me use the generate fill feature in an older version - it requires me to update to the new version which is not opening.

               

              Did it happened to someone else? 

              how to solve it?

                Hello, I have installed today photoshop beta (v25.0.0), but I cannot open, an error will show (An unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit). I have tried to delete my preferences in PS, try older version, but in the older version is not working the generative fill, which I want to try. Thank you for your help. I am using OS Windows.

                  Yes, this is a problem that is happening for many more people after the beta update. There are other posts here for this same bug, so they should all be merged soon. As of this time, Adobe has not replies as yet.

                        I ve installed the last update for Photoshop Beta and I've got the massage that it is damaged.

                        I've tried to reïnstall it but it didn't help.

                          I have the same problem. New update 25.0 and won't start. It says an unrecoverable error has occurred. 😞

                          Olá, estou com este erro ao abrir o Photoshop Beta.

                          Ao abrir o Photoshop (Beta) 25.0 me deparao com o seguinte erro, Um Problema irrecuperável ocorreu. O Photoshop será encerrado. Ele inicia o carregamento porém quando vai abrir o aplicativo ocorre o erro. Procurei utilizar a versão 24.7 porém está com a IA desativada e solicita a versão 25.0 para funcionar.
