What version of Ps Beta are you using? You can find version info in Creative Cloud.

Will Photoshop open if you do NOT try to open or double click a file?

If you delete your preferences, can you get Photoshop to open? As you start Photoshop, press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS). You will be prompted to delete the current settings.

@dsanclemente  As far as I see in your log you don't have installed the latest version of Photoshop Beta. It' version: 25.1.0 20230830.m.2308 f86a029 x64. Please try to install the update and check again. This update included several bugfixes.

Make also sure that your system is up-to-date, especially the driver for the graphic device.
