Parametric Filters generating Blank Smart Object Layer

I am unable to use the Parametric Filters in PS Beta. I have taken a video of me attempting to apply the filter and a copy of the system info for review.

It could absolutely be user error, but for troubleshooting, I have converted the workspace to 8 bit as another forum as suggested, updated by PS Beta to the most recent update, and updated my camera raw as suggested by another poster in the forum. I have trried adjusting the artboard size converting to a smart object, rasterizing, etc. 

I am operating on the most recent beta version as of today: V.27.1

Hi @fantastic_care6933 is this issue happening consitently in your workflows and with various files?  We are not aware of this issue and would like to get more clarity on if this was a one off issue or is ongoing on all files you try to work with?
