Photoshop 27.8.0 - Brush/Lasso/Clone Stamp start with line to top-left on Intel Arc 140T (Photoshop 2025 works)

After updating to Photoshop 27.8.0, any tool that begins a canvas drag operation starts with a line from the top-left corner before following the pointer correctly.

This appears to be related to the initial pointer-down event on the canvas rather than the individual tools themselves. Since Brush, Clone Stamp, Layer Mask painting and Lasso all exhibit the same behaviour while Photoshop 2025 works correctly on the same hardware and Windows installation, the regression appears to be in the shared canvas input handling introduced in Photoshop 27.8.0
