Remove Tool Broken on WIN

I’m on Windows. 

I have the correct update. 

It won’t respond when I try to remove distractions that I wanted to keep with the “-” button.

    1. Make sure you have the latest Ps Beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.6.0 20260412.m.3501 2f62d66  arm64 (beta, PublicBeta)
