Rotate object not working. Error: (e2266e.571)

Rotate object not working. When click rotate object, that new layer is completely transparent, then when rotate changes accepted, always receive an error.

Beta = 27.7 m.3511. Error = Could not update smart object files because of a program error (e2266e.571).
