the control elements are not visible in “path blur”

What exactly are we talking about here?

Are you not seeing the Path?

Can you see the end ‘red’ paths when you check Edit Blur Shapes?

Can you see the Blur Tools panel?

I am using 28.0.0 m.3706 8 with Windows 11

Hi ​@aba13051553 this issue has been around for a while but we are not able to reproduce this issue consistently. If you can share repeatable steps that show this issue each time, please share the workflow and any screenshots and we can try to do the same here.
