"Unable to join the creative collaboration session" error message on Live co-edit documents

As pictured above, we cannot access our live co-edit document in PS Beta. Document details can be found in the screenshot. Every time we go to open the document, it gives us this error message shortly after attempting to sync from the cloud.

 

We are on Windows 10, using Photoshop Beta 27.1.

 

Anybody else experiencing this? Workarounds? Advice? Thank you in advance!

    Hi ​@justin l26883563 please update to the latest Ps Beta:

    Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.5.0 20260309.m.3451 0a50bf5  arm64 (beta, PublicBeta)

    When did you notice this issue, does it happen with all files or just this one?

    Recently experiencing this. Document size 1080x1350 px 300ppi. Windows 11, Photoshop Beta v.27.5

    hi, what build of 27.1 are you using? You can find it at the first line in Help> System Info...

    Do you need the document to be 36,000 px x 12,150 px?
