when clicking in the photo with clone tool, it clones entire photo

Click on clone tool.

Hold down alt key and click on area of photo.

Release alt key.

Clone tool clones entire photo, a copy of wich moves around with the cursor. 

When clicking on photo again, a copy of the entire photo is placed on existing photo in whatever layer you were in.
