Deleted Pllug-Ins (OLD Topaz ones) still show up in the filters drop down

I tried to use some very old Topaz plug-Ins. After running the installation script from Topaz they were added to the drop down photoshop filters drop down. These Topaz add ins did not work and hung photoshop.

So,I’m trying to remove then. I have deleted then from the addin folder, ran the Topaz uninstall script.

They have been removed from the system.

The problem is that they still show up in the photoshop filters drop down. Should you try to use them photoshop hangs,

How can they be removed from the photoshop filters drop down.
