Export isn't working. I can't use the program. I'm getting an interface error, or when I save the files, the folder is empty. Are you going to correct the mistakes?

Export is working for me; I’m sorry to hear it’s not working for you. As we try to help you troubleshoot, try Save a Copy and choose JPEG. You can also change Preferences to use the Legacy Save As.

Can you give us a version number? A new version was just released.

A screenshot of the error message will also be helpful.

Sorry about that. I'm using Windows 11 and the latest version of Photoshop. I need to export a file as a JPG. That's a standard feature of the program, right? But I can't export to any of my five drives because the folks at Adobe decided to disable that option for me.I paid for it, I downloaded the program, and I want to use its standard features. I don't have time to figure out what's causing the problem. Just tell me, which version works properly? Where can I save my Photoshop files as JPGs?
