Generative upscale does not work. It says there is no internet connection, but it works through topaz and the generative fill works

    Sorry to hear that both of you are facing this issue. These types of errors are often temporary and related to network connectivity. If you're still encountering the issue, could you please share the following details?

    • Your operating system and Photoshop version
    • Are you connected to the office VPN? Have you tried connecting to a different network, like a mobile hotspot? If so, does that help resolve the issue? 
    • Does the error occur when upscaling a specific image, or does it happen with any image?
    • Does relaunching Photoshop temporarily resolve the issue?

    These details will help us investigate further.

    Yes I use VPN,
    Happens with any image. work.of reboot and reconnect does not Tried on two computers does not work. 
    But all other generative functions work except upscale. 

    In addition, I've been experiencing issues with my neurofilter for about six months (it says it's temporarily disabled when I activate it), and reinstalling the program hasn't resolved the problem.

    same problem here. since yesterday evening generative upscaling not working.
