P: Fit on Screen Not working in 23.3.0

After updating yesterday to the latest version of Photoshop (23.3.0), the Fit on Screen menu item and associated Command-0 shortcut no longer enlarge an image,  If the Zoom tool is active, pressing the Fit Screen button still works.  I am on an M1 Mac, OS 12.3.1.

Heeeeyyy!!

I just installed the latest update as of 5/12/2022 (v23.3.2), and I think they fixed it!! Woohoo!!

CMD + 0 works again! Yes?

If reinstalling application to try it without any extra stuff you may potentially have won't help, use:

Tried that but the keyboard shortcuts only opened the properties box, so I went and moved the preferences file to the desktop and restarted Photoshop. The same thing happened. It is like when the Apllication Frame was active on Mac Photoshop and it would do the same thing. Of course there is no Application Frame on the PC.

Try hard reset holding at launch Shift & Ctrl & Alt.

Yes. On my Mac it works perfectly. It is only on my PC.

Reset the Preferences, but it still did the same thing. It still happens in Full Screen mode.
