P: Photoshop Web white screen with grayed-out buttons across multiple devices

I'm experiencing an issue with Photoshop web version. When I opening the Photoshop web version, the interface shows only a white screen with all buttons grayed out and unclickable. Problem persists across different monitors and even when switching to another PC. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you for any info.

Also, when I tried on my iPad yesterday, it seemed to be working fine, but on my PC or computer, it just malfunctions. But as of today, it's working great and perfectly.

I'm having the same issue and have used 3 different browers. None of them work and they're all updated browsers. The URL I'm getting when I try to upload images is:
