Photoshop 2026 27.5 crash and don't open anymore after updated, causes the operating system to crash (Sequoia 15.7.5)

I have attached a report I compiled after carrying out several tests in an attempt to identify the problem.

Adobe Photoshop 2026 (v27.4.0 and v27.5.0) causes repeated application hangs and, ultimately, a full macOS Kernel Panic on a Mac Pro 7,1 running macOS Sequoia 15.7.5. The same machine runs Photoshop 2025 and Photoshop Beta without any issues. Five crash/hang reports were collected over a single session, showing progressive deterioration culminating in a system-wide crash that forced a hard reboot.

The component dynamic-torqnative appears in every single report and is identified as the root cause. This component is the new GPU rendering engine introduced in Photoshop 2026 and is not present in the same form in earlier versions.
