Photoshop randomly stops working/freezes aS I am making edits and then will just stay frozen. If reload page, then it will not save the edits i made at all to image. It has never done this before.

Photoshop randomly stops working/freezes aS I am making edits and then will just stay frozen. If reload page, then it will not save the edits i made at all to image. It has never done this before so I am confused as to what to to do. My computer is up to date. I have a macbook. It has enough storage. I have signed out of photoshop. It’s only photoshop because lightroom is working perfectly.

Hey, @dianaedith25. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info. Copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here.

What do you mean by "reload page"? Are you working in Photoshop on the Web? Where are the original documents stored?
