Question

When using Generative Expand I get the error "We'd encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later." I've restarted and updated to the latest photoshop.

    Hey, @DMN24940173rx42. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found an active EDU-subscription.

     

    There are a few layers to this:

     

    If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga


    You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different device & internet network to rule out a network issue.
