23.2 (54) No Lumetri scopes working

On 23.2(54) just now, opened a project, and the RGB Parade scope was simply 'trash' values, like a glitched TV screen of random color spots.

The Waveform (YC no chroma) and Vectorscope were ok. So I tried to reset the Parade and the right-click Scopes panel menu did not 'take' any changes. I couldn't add or remove anything. So I closed the Scope panel, and then reopened it. And got this.
