24.3.0.012 Video Transitions not visible

The title says it all...

Premier Beta 24.3.0.012 can't see video transitions on clips.  Specifically I was using the Film Dissolve.  The ones that were there previous to this update still work, I just can't see them.  I can apply new transitions to clips and they work, I just can't see them.
