3 dots not clicking

Can't click the 3 dots when creating a static transcript. No drop down appears

Yup this is happening to me, too since the new update! My filter button is not working either with text-based editing!

I can't think of anything that would prevent the 3 dot menu from appearing.

For any odd problem, I reset Workspace and then Preferences.
