adding the new "color effect" removes the "frame hold" feature.

I wanted to extend a shot and only needed to stay on the final frame to achieve what I needed. So I used “add frame hold” to the clip. The clip split and I was able to extend the clip another second. I have done this often enough to know how it interacts with other features. Then I did my color pass on the project and realized the frame hold no longer worked. I tried making it again and the issue continued. Only when I turned off the new “color effect” which was added using the new color panel did it correct itself and hold on the frame I wanted. 

I am unable to use the color effect from the new color panel and frame hold at the same time.
