Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) is damaged and can't be opened

I just updated via the Creative Cloud app and receive this message when I try to open Premiere Pro (Beta) v24. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the message keeps coming up. 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max running Ventura 13.4.1

Easy Fix - Allow it from Security TAB
"Open Anyway" Need to be clicked from Security tab when this Error Appearted and relaunch app after allowing it
