Adobe Stock Server - error trying to download a graphic template in Adobe Premiere

I get the whole Adobe plan through an Enterprise account. Every time I try to download a paid Adobe graphics template this error occurs. The free ones I have no problem with. I logged out and re-logged back in and I still have the same error:

Also tried to install Beta version of Adobe Audition and the same error occour.
Is this a bug or something wrong with my computer? (I've attached a video showing the error👍)
