Audio Ducking never generates keyframes

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a timeline with dialogue and music clips, tag the audio accordlingly 

2. Select music clips, enable ducking, and generate keyframes

Result: Button is greyed out and says "generating keyframes." progress panels shows that progress has started, but never gets passed 0%. Waited for 30 minutes on a 10 second clip with no progress.
Expected: Audio dcking to work as normal
