Audio missing after performming a Transcript Lift of Pauses on a MultiCam Sequence

I am using a two camera MultiCam sequence with audio ONLY on camera A.

I have created a single track sequence using my two camera multicam sequence and I can successfully remove Filler Words.

I am using Mac OS Sonoma 14.0 (23A344) on an M1 Max MacBook Pro.

However, when I try to remove Pauses, a majority of the clips no longer contain audio. The Waveformdata is still showing in the timeline, however no audio plays and the volume meter no longer moves (which tells me that the audio some how to out of sync)

A rudementary workaround could be to create a seperate waveform audio track that is not tied to a multicam sequence and re-link it to the MC sequence. Please see 0:45 of the attached video for an example of where there is no sound.
