Audio missing on dynamic link to After Effects in Premiere timeline, but is there when rendered

Since lates Beta update, no audio plays from dynamically linked AE compositions in the Premiere Pro timeline or source window. 

No visual waveform appears in the track. 

It plays in AE as normal.

It does not play the audio if you render in to out.

It DOES play the audio when you export it (as mp4 in my examples).
