Audio prefetch errors

Well it may be my system but v24.5.0 build 24 is giving me some errors:

'Audio not found at xx in yy' - for particular WAV and MXF files
'Audio disk I/O overloaded at xx in Audio Prefetch'

The MXFs are exported from PP:
