Beta 27 exporting video and audio files separately

I’m just updated to Beta 27 and when I export my sequence it delivers the video and audio separately as 2 independent files. I’ve tried nesting the video, using Media Encoder and nothing works.
I’ve tried loading a previous version of Beta, however it no longer allows me to access the project i have been working on. Help.. I’ve been trying to sort this all morning and I have a 11.30 deadline!

We have fixed this issue in the latest Beta builds (27.0.0.39 onwards). Please let us know if you continue to see the issue in these builds.

Already happened with the update before last, but they fixed it as I was searching for a solution. it was quick!

Beta is what it is: testing and finding bugs. Not recommended for sensitive productions.

Never update when on a deadline!!!!!!!!!

Once saved in '27, you cannot open this in 2026 (could try converting, but guessing not all will transfer).

Find an auto save or backup edited in 2026 and finished in 2026.
