Beta Transcription Not Transcribing 30% of Video, Captions Won't Toggle On In Export Settings

I've been using beta for quite a while. With the most recent update, when I went to transcribe a video that contained VO that was recorded directly in Premiere Pro, it did not transcribe 30% of the VO dialogue. Also the audio levels still seem low when increasing the audio levels in the Essential Sound dialogue settings.

After completing my edit, I went to export, and the captions will not toggle on. I've tried my preset, custom, and general premiere pro settings and it won't toggle on under any of these circumstances.

This is for social and I have a specific style that has consistently used the captions I customized in Premiere Po. In past beta updates, the transcription and captions have never been this challenging.

Thank you!

@Ms. MJ,

Thanks for that detailed description of your problems. What is your current Beta build and what was your previous build?

I am currently using 24.1.0.21 on Win10. I have had no issues in this build with basic transcription and caption creation. And I am able to export burned in, sidecar, and embeds. I have never tried using VO, and will add that to my tests to do.

I have had various builds with transcription/caption-related bugs, some of which stopped any productive use of the build. These have been solved quickly, but it happens. For every Beta build, I reset preferences and clear the media cache when opening it the first time. I also create a new project in that build to do basic tests.

Screenshots of what you are seeing might help. The most frequent (non-bug) reason for partial transcriptions or captions is overlapping tracks.
