BRAW Plugin offline

The Blackmagic RAW plugin is offline in Premiere Beta.  I check it in the regular version of Premiere and it works fine.  I tried reinstalling, but it remains offline in Premiere Beta.  Any suggestions? 

This system is:

• Premiere Beta Version 27.0.0 BETA StaticLib (Build 8)
• Windows 11
• Intel Core Ultra 9 285k
• 128 GB RAM
• Geoforce 5080
• Meg Z890 ACE motherboard
