Using tool, click and drag on in/out of any clip on any layer and it will not move.Expected result – I expect to adjust the in or out point of the clip when clicking and draging on the edit with the toolActual result – No adjustment made. Clip is highlighted... there is a GUI highlight on click. On drag there is either no movement.
