Bug: Audio Disc I/O overloaded

I am getting this warning pop-up as I'm using 24.2 build 71.

It doesn't seem to affect the performance.

My media is on an external HDD drive via USB-C; I run an app called Amphetamine to always keep the drive spinning while I'm editing.

I'm running this on a Mac Mini Studio, M1 chip, 128gb Ram, Ventura 13.3.1.
