Bug: Transcription Does Not Dismiss "Transcribing on Device", 22.6.0.18;

Did not have this problem in last Beta I installed (22.6.0.15?). This is the same as a bug that appears in 22.3.0.98 - except then, editing captions was affected. I do not see any problem with that this time.

Very similar to issues reported recently in the regualr forum on Release 22.4.0, but I do NOT have problems there.

Steps to reproduce:
Transcribe.

Transcription shows progress bar and gets to completion point.

"Transcribing on device" message remains on screen.
 
Result: UI is active.

Closing and reopening Text Panel shows that completed transcription is present.

Captions can be created.
Expected: Transcription completes normally.
