Build for 8/16/23 is instantly crashing on project open

Update: trashing preferences allowed me to create a new project and open it. Premiere seems to crash the minute I use either a custom or shipped workspace (Text Based Editing, Essentials etc.)

I downloaded the 8/17 build and the problem still persists. I tried creating a new project and it crashed after I said ok. I'm gonna try to trash preferences and see if that the problem still persists

Bruce, new video uploaded, I created a New work folder, to show you, but any other folder , other than the user name folder (Which I never use) crashes

i did not dismiss it, it just crashes, I can upload a new video if you want, it just bluntly crashes and the app drops, I client on browse project location (work drive) and it crashes, will upload a new video for you

Thanks; looks like 

1. Launch PPro
2. New Project
3. Browse for Project location
4. Select a OneDrive sync directory...

I can't tell what happens next; from the video, it appears that you dismissed the "browse for project location" dialog without accepting the result (the Project location remains "C:\matt\..."), then the crash occurs.

Same here, just try to create a new project of a different folder than the default will instantly crash PP, I cannot revert to the previous 24 version, only 23.6 which does not open the new project files, solution ASAP please? are these uploads tested at all before uploading?
