It seemed to be fixed in 23.2, but it is back in 23.3.2

Buttons Program monitor and Source monitor reset to default when opening program.

Program monitor fixed!?!? but Souce Monitor has still trouble remembering.

Does not remember Thumbnails in List View either.

Come on guys. Why are these annoyances back in the game. Had them in 23.2, and now in 23.3.
