Can not export video with captions

Can not export captions.

The button is greyed out. Try to push it several tims but not effect.

Restarted Premiere, but nothing changes... button is still greyed out.

A screenshot of the sequence you are exporting would help.

I assume you mean that in the Export settings windows, the entire captions button is greyed out (and is off).
