Can't cleanly delete transition without expanding track

In 25.1.0 Beta Build 33

Steps to repeat.

1. With track normal, add transitions to a clip (ctl+d)

2. Select beginning transition because it's not needed.

3. Hit Delete

Result: Whole clip is deleted.

To resolve:

1. Dbl click track to expand height

2. Select transition

3. Hit delete.

I used to be able to delete a transition when the track was normal height.  Not so anymore.
