Can't export sequence & Progress Panel is blank

Since I've update the builds of Premiere this week, I can seem to get my sequence to show up in the export tab. I hit my shortcut for Export Media and it still won't show up.

There also seems to be an issue with the Progress Panel where it is completely blank
