Can't install Premiere Pro Beta on a Macbook Pro with an M2 chip

I am able to install the Premiere Beta on my iMac running OS 13.6 (ventura), but when I launch Creative Cloud on my Macbook Pro with an M2 chip - running the same OS on the same version of Creative Cloud as the iMac - there is no option to download the Premiere Beta version.

    I am unsure if this will help, but I had the same issue and this resolved it.

    On the new payment method form, it was displaying the international version of my phone number (eg with my country code). As soon as I changed it to the local version it allowed me to update the payment method. It didn't flag that it was an issue, so it was just dumb luck that I tried updating that...
