Can't Paste Attributes

Steps to reproduce:
    1.Set motion keyframes on a clip (a still JPG in this case - haven't tried it with motion)

2. Copy clip with keyframes adjusted

3. Select one or more other clips

4. Right Click. Paste Attributes
 
Result: ...Nothing happens
Expected: ...Keyframes to be imported to selected clips
