Can't Scrub Effects Values in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta v 26.1

I can't seem to scrub the values in the Effects Controls panel since upgrading to Premiere Pro Beta v 26.1.

I downgraded to v 26.0.0 (Build 50) and it all works fine.

Just FYI ...

I put my mouse on the scale value in the effects panel. I then drag the mouse and the scale value only changes by 1 or 2 values. I expect that to move to 110, 120, etc. Same  issue with Position .... and presumably others.
