Captions on in AME, not in Premier

Steps to reproduce:
    1.Create a project WITHOUT captions.

2. Export project to AME with Captions turned off in settings
3.  Open settings for the export within AME

Result: ...New “Captions” checkbox at top of list is turned on.

Expected: ...Captions to NOT be turned on in AME since they were not enabled in Premier.
